1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Unbet: account creation, wallets, sports betting and the score game. Creating an account means accepting them. The betting rules, score game rules, privacy and cookie pages form part of these terms.
2. Operator identity
The operator's legal details (company name, registration, registered office) and any licensing information will be published on this page as soon as they are available. Unbet claims no gambling licence to date. Use the service only where the law of your country allows it.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, have legal capacity and act on your own behalf. One account per person, phone number and payment method. The information you give must be accurate and kept up to date. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened before the chosen period ends.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity from your account. Report any unauthorised access immediately through the support form. We may ask you to authenticate again before a sensitive operation.
5. Wallets and payments
Accounts are held in XOF. There are two wallets: the deposit wallet (deposits and score game refunds) and the balance wallet (winnings and withdrawals). Available payment methods, fees and limits are shown before every confirmation. A deposit is credited only once the provider confirms it; a withdrawal is held immediately and sent after review.
6. Betting and the score game
Bets are governed by the Betting rules and the score game by its Score game rules. The odds, stake limits, maximum payouts and fees that apply are the ones displayed in the app when you confirm.
7. Prohibited use
The following are prohibited: fraud, multiple accounts, collusion, use of bots or automation, exploiting an obvious error, insider betting or betting linked to event manipulation, and the use of funds of unlawful origin.
8. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, legal obligation or suspected fraud. Undisputed, legitimate balances are returned to you. You may close your account at any time through support.
9. Complaints
Send any complaint through the app's support form, quoting the bet or transaction reference. We acknowledge receipt and handle every complaint within a reasonable time.
10. Changes and language
These terms may change; the version published on this page prevails and the update date is shown below. If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.
11. Service availability
The service is provided "as is". Maintenance, network or provider interruptions may occur. No bet or transaction counts as accepted until it appears in your history.
