Odds and acceptance
Odds are shown in decimal format and the potential return includes your stake. A bet is accepted only when it appears in My bets. If a price changes or a market is suspended while you confirm, the bet is rejected and no stake is taken.
Bet types
- Single: one selection.
- Multi: several selections; all must win. A voided selection becomes odds of 1.00 and the multi is recalculated.
Minimum and maximum stakes and the maximum payout per slip are shown before you confirm.
Settlement
Bets are settled from the competition's official results, excluding later decisions (appeals, subsequent disqualification). Settlement happens as soon as the result is confirmed. A settlement error can be corrected: the account is then adjusted and the operation is recorded.
Postponed, abandoned or cancelled matches
- Postponed or cancelled: affected bets are refunded, unless the match is replayed within the period stated on the match page.
- Interrupted then completed the same day: bets stand.
- Abandoned without resumption: markets already decided are settled, the rest are refunded.
- Venue or pitch change: bets stand, unless home and away sides are swapped, in which case they are refunded.
Obvious error
An obviously wrong price, line or result (input error, clear mismatch with the market, data feed failure) may lead to the bet being voided and the stake refunded.
Cash out
Where offered, cash out pays the amount displayed when you request it. A market suspension can make it briefly unavailable; availability is never guaranteed.
Times
Kick-off times appear in your display timezone; internally everything is recorded in universal time (UTC). An indicative time does not void a bet.
